Aaniin, Boozhoo! Mnookmi is a blend of music, interview, and sound art collaboration with a
focus on Indigenous youth on Turtle Island. Your host, Caitlin Terrell sits down with different
youth to discuss themes of milestones, aspirations, and the experiences in post-contact
so-called Canada. Highlighting the significance of Indigenous storytelling through contemporary
contexts, each guest will have original writing showcased with sound art accompaniment by
your very own Caitlin Terrell.

The Boom Bap Syndicate is more than a radio show—it’s a movement dedicated to preserving and elevating the raw, unfiltered essence of Hip-Hop culture. Hosted by hip-hop artists and activists Hardbody Dreams and King Wise, this platform stands on a clear mission: to bring the authentic sound of boom bap back to the airwaves.

Broadcasting every Saturday from 10 PM to 12 AM, the show dives deep into the foundation of the culture—breaking down the origins of boom bap, the art of lyricism, the science of production, and the history and power of sampling. It’s a space where knowledge meets rhythm, and where the essence of Hip-Hop is studied, respected, and pushed forward.

A standout feature of the show is the “Bars Without Borders” series—an electrifying segment that puts the spotlight on emerging and established MCs and producers. Through raw cypher-style sessions, artists showcase their skills in a pure, uncut format, followed by in-depth interviews that give listeners insight into their journey, craft, and message.

The Boom Bap Syndicate isn’t just playing music—it’s building a platform, a network, and a legacy for those who live and breathe real Hip-Hop.

Beats & Eats is a community-focused show that explores food, food security, and the arts in the Lower Mainland and Tri-Cities. Each episode blends together music, conversations about access to food, and coverage of local food and arts events.

The show features interviews with artists, organizers, and community members. To stay on theme, each guest is asked at least one food-related question about comfort food, food memories, or how food shows up in their creative or community work. Beats & Eats show how food and art can naturally intersect in everyday life.
