On Saturday September 26th Hogan’s Alley Society brings you an event that brings Vancouver’s Black history, present and future to life in the heart of the city. The Hogan’s Alley Resurgence is a free, Black-led celebration of music, art, food, and community connection, honouring the legacy and future of the neighbourhood. 

The event is being held at People’s Park at 722 Gore Avenue in Vancouver and goes from 12pm to 6pm.  Everyone is invited.

On October 2nd at SFU Burnaby Campus: The Black Student Centre presents BLACK STUDENT SUPPORT AND HEALING SPACE: DRUMMING WITH ABBY from 2pm -3:30pm. Join Abby and connect through rhythm, movement, and music. The session is taking place in the Black Student Centre Wellness Room (MBC 2294)
