New Summer Jobs for 2022 at CJSF!
We're now hiring local students (or anyone between the ages of 15-30) for summer Community Outreach and Promotions Assistant, Programming Assistant, and Software Development/IT Support positions here at CJSF 90.1 FM - see below for job descriptions. Community Outreach and Promotions Assistant (CO&P)
The Community Outreach and Promotions Assistant helps promote CJSF Radio to the surrounding communities and the campus though a variety of means including developing and executing outreach and promotional campaigns via social media and other channels, as well as organizing collaborations with other community and cultural groups. The CO&P position also supports and promotes programming initiatives of other staff at CJSF, especially special programming events. See the full posting for more details.

Programming Assistant (PA)
The Programming Assistant supports the efforts of volunteer programmers to create self-sustaining special events programming related to significant social issues, including special programming for National Indigenous Peoples Day, Pride, and others. This also includes outreach to traditionally marginalized people (such as Indigenous peoples, people with disabilities, queer people, street youth, etc.) to participate in radio-making at CJSF.
The PA also supports the daily work of the Programming Department, as well as volunteers producing programming from home. See the full posting for more details.

CJSF Radio is looking for some help in some key IT areas over the summer including development of our Drupal-based website, system and network improvements, and support for the CJSF smartphone app. See the full posting for more details.
