Good Morning Vancouver!
Vivienne hosted today's Speak Up! show and it was all about Black History Month. The history of BHM, how to resist and how you can get more involved were the topics of this show as well as the interview with Tiara Cash, member of SOCA and graduate student from Memphis. We heard her story and experience with resistance as well as her beautiful voice. In honor of BHM, Vivienne played some songs by uprising black canadian artists ( playlist above) .
