Interesting Vancouver 2017

Celebrate ten years of talks and discussions by Vancouver's most interesting people at Interesting Vancouver 2017, an annual celebration of ordinary people doing extraordinary things. Interesting Vancouver brings together ten speakers from different walks of life speaking for ten minutes apiece, showcasing their passions, telling interesting stories and sparking dialogues, all in a relaxed and casual setting.

Here's a list of some of the interesting Vancouverites featured at Interesting Vancouver 2017:

- A conceptual artist and children's author recognized by Guinness for publishing the world's smallest book.
- A Fire Tiger artist and filmmaker who is learning a language of tenderness from houseplants.
- An architect and hunter interested in reconnecting people to their environments.

...and many, many more!

Interesting Vancouver 2017 will take place Nov. 10 at the Djavad Mowafaghian Cinema at SFU Woodward’s (149 W. Hastings St; room 3200.) Doors open at 6pm, event starts 7pm. Admission is only $28! Tickets are available from Eventbrite (link here.)
