The topic is service - from waiting tables to retail to sales to you name it, from the customer's and the service provider's point of view. This has been an occasional program, now trying out going weekly. Donald Haddad hosts.

This week on Smitten by the Written, an interview with author and publisher Chris Walter of GFY Press and punkbooks.com, and the first instalment of Smitten’s nostalgia series which will feature a poetry reading by acclaimed poet Robin Blaser, which took place at UBC on February 10th, 1966.
